My sister Lisa and I felt special when we got to sit near Donny when we visited him when we were young. He was a cousin we loved to see while visiting my father Larry couple weeks each summer. Sad to say my sister Lisa died 2015 . They both r remembered fondly...

Paige,

I was deeply saddened to hear of your loss. I pray that God will give you and your family strength and comfort throughout the days ahead. I was one of many that had a crush on Donnie in high school...he definately looked good in his corduroy's! Great memories that will always make me smile!

God Bless!

I was saddened to hear about your loss & my thoughts & prayers go out to all you.

I totally understand the pain you may be feeling at this time. I lost my mother in 2004.

What got me through this difficult time was my was the strong faith my mom had practiced & shared with us our whole life, However I never really understood until these past few years.
Donnie's life has not ended. He is now safely HOME.
The difficult part is for us who are left behind. We are human therfore we greive and thats okay. But, as long as you keep his memory alive he will continue to live on in the hearts of the lives he touched.

Wishing you the courage you need in the days ahead.

Paige, I have many memories of your brother through all the High School parties (alot @ my house) He was a hottie, a all around nice guy. As hard as this is right now, take it from me it will get easier. Take your time to greive & let him continue to live in your heart.

Sincerely & with my deepest Sympathy.

Some of my best child hood memories involve Donnie. Whether, it was playing 2 on 2 football, floating around Lake Erie in his boat, or hanging out at "The Bridge", I always had a great time with him. I will never forget Donnie and he will always be in my thoughts.

To The Hipp Family,

I am so sorry to hear of your family's loss. Donnie was a very good friend and the last time I saw him was at a Cowboy's game against Detroit on a visit to Toledo. We always had that in common and I'm glad that I have that memory. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

Carol (Montgomery) Meyers and Family, Naples, FL.

(Paige, having lost a sibling myself, I know this must be so hard for you and your parents. Be strong and stay close and his memory will live on.)
