Fouad "Fred" Skaff, age 81, passed away on September 13, 2018 at Lakes of Monclova. Fred came to the United States to leave the war torn country of Lebanon in the late 1950's. He followed his sister to Toledo, Ohio and managed a set of grocery stores for his brother-in-law, Oscar Joseph. Before Fred passed, he was blessed to see four granddaughters, Morgan, Paige, Sara and Ava grow to become young ladies. He was forever proud of his family, which always came first in his life. Fred was also a member of St. Joseph's church.
