Phine... Phine... Phine..., my buddy, friend, my daughter's god mom, the sister I never had.... I will truly, truly miss you girl. To my family Chris, Brandy and all the Hibblers, I love you all so much, I feel so much grief for you all. Phine's words of wisdom, encouragment, direction, inspiration I too will miss. Her love for her family and friends was just phenomenal.

The loss of Phine is painful, we lost a great woman, someone special to us all. Those wonderful momemts shared with Phine are those meaningful reminders of Phine that we enjoyed, they are blessings because she was a part of our life. Hold onto that. If I can do anything I am here. God Bless You All!

July 23, 2008

To Christopher, Brandy, Christine and the rest of the Hibbler family:

My deep condolences to all of you in losing Phine. I, too, have lost a friend. Our families go back such a long way (1970) together and it's hard to lose someone as special as Phine. Her presence will be missed more than I can express.

In spite of my sadness, I believe the blessing is that Phine is now free; ALL of her struggles are over! It's tough for the rest of us because we have to go on living. Only God can give us the strength to do so. We must seek (Isaiah 55:6) and depend on Him.

To all of you that love Phine: Whenever you pass the "Color Purple" in an open field, take notice and appreciate it; and most importantly, "Keep Your Head To The Sky!"

From the Linear Family, we sincerely love you and God bless.
