Paul E. Bunker Jr. Obituary
Paul E. Bunker, Jr.

Paul E. Bunker Jr., age 70, of Toledo, passed away while he was surrounded by his family on Monday, January 7, 2019. He was born on July 28, 1948, to the late Paul E. and Ann M. (Mirabello) Bunker Sr.

Paul graduated from Woodward High School. He served in the Air Force for 4 years, including spending time in Vietnam. Paul proudly worked on the railroad (Conrail/ Norfolk Southern) for over 30 years.

Paul is survived by his wife of 43 years, Eileen (Ceculski); daughter, Angela (Larry) Danner; son, Anthony (Nicole) Bunker; granddaughters, Abigail, Sloane, Lindsey and Macie; and siblings, Philip (Darlene) Bunker and Janie Bunker. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Jeff Bunker and Susie Cable.

Paul was known for having the biggest heart and personality. He was always there with open arms, a big hug, and smile to go along with it. His generosity and hospitality were part of who he was. Paul made sure there was enough food and drinks to go around for everyone. He exuded his love for family and The Ohio State Buckeyes. Paul loved spending time with his family and friends. It was his priority to provide for, and always be there for them. Paul's love for family was emulated by his granddaughters. They lit up when their Papa was around. Paul lived and breathed Ohio State University football; from his wardrobe and truck, to going to every home football game for 30 years. Holidays and Ohio State University football were his favorite times of year. Paul also enjoyed cooking and playing cards with family and friends. He was the life of the party, was touched by many, and will never be forgotten.

There will be a celebration for Paul, at Caper's Restaurant; 2038 S. Byrne Rd., Toledo, OH 43614, on Saturday, January 19, 2019, from 2:00-6:00 p.m. Please, no flowers or donations. The dress code is casual, as he would have liked.
