Dear Vedra Family. Please accept our deepest sympathies. We were so sorry to hear about Bill's passing. We have been gone from Ohio for over forty years but I still remember Bill as a classmate and a good friend. He always tried to be so very helpful to others and was so pleasant about it. But what else could you expect, he came from a wonderful family. May God Bless you and help you through these very sad times.
Very sincerely,
Richard & Carol Jakubec

Dear Vedra Family, We are sorry we were unable to attend the funeral today but were fortunate to have paid our respects to such a wonderfully loved gentleman at the funeral home. Mr. Vedra will always be a "special" someone in our lives and we will miss him dearly. Thank you so much Mrs. Vedra to your devoted friendship to our parents. You and Mr. Vedra will always be part of the "dinner table" conversation and in our ever constant prayer and petition. May God continue to Bless the Beautiful Vedra Family.
Love you always - The Badens

Mrs. Vedra, Pat, Jennifer, Bob, Tom, Jimmy, Mike, Uncle Joe....and the entire Vedra family,
Sorry, I couldn't talk with each of you at the funeral home. From the size of that crowd....boy, was Mr. Vedra loved and respected. I always looked at him as just one of those unique people who spent a lifetime devoting himself, entirely, to those he loved. He raised a great family, and was truly a treasure of our community. I'll always have the memories of the CYO trips in the ol' Suburban.....
May you all find some amount of peace in the days and weeks ahead.

To the Vedra family,
We send our prayers to all of you. I'll always remember Bill coming to take care of the house when the nuns were there. He took lots of pride in that. It was always good to see him at church even after the stroke. Bless all of you in the coming months. Debbie,Mary,Sarah, and Robbie Zuchowski
