Phillip CUNNINGHAM Obituary

CUNNINGHAM Phillip Wayne Sr. Phillip Wayne Cunningham, Sr. of Toledo, Ohio, passed away Friday, March 12, 2010, at Liberty West. Phillip was born in Toledo, Ohio and had just celebrated his 60th birthday on February 21st. He was employed at various companies during his life. Phillip was preceded in death by his parents, Lora Bowman of Toledo, and Ira Cunningham of Matsuma, GA. Phillip was a smart, strong soul who would do anything for family and friends. He is survived by daughter, Phyllis (Will) Sellers-Gladney of Chicago; son, Phillip Jr. of Toledo; grandchildren, Mercedes, Brittany, Raekwon, and China, all of Chicago, Quinton of North Carolina, Tierra, Alana, Phillip III and Ph'Nique, all of Toledo; sisters, Sharon M. Brooks of Toledo and Hafeeza Abdul-Saboor of Indiana; brother, Michael Snow of St. Petersburg; nieces, Rasheedah, Lora, Lisa, Melissa and Ajene'; nephews, Aaron and Ramon; great nieces, Canada, Erin Marie, Rolissa, Talyn, India and Nahlani; great nephews, David, Reiggie, Robert Jr., Charles and Kumani; and aunts, Virgina Spencer of Toledo and Bernice Stoudamire of Tacoma. Visitation will be held Saturday, March 20, 2010 at Blanchard-Strabler Funeral Home, 1163 W. Sylvania. Wake service at 10:00 a.m. followed by services at 11:00 a.m. The family would like to give a special thank you to Bianca, staff on 4th floor at Liberty West and Hospice nurses.
