Larry NEELEY Obituary

NEELEY Larry W. Larry W. Neeley, age 63, of Temperance, passed away Sunday, October 23, 2011, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. He was born on March 11, 1948, to John and Annie (Neese) Neeley in Lewisburg, Tennessee. Larry was employed with Chrysler/Jeep for over 25 years before retiring. Larry loved drag racing and bowling. He was an avid fan of the Detroit Tigers and Michigan Wolverines. Larry loved spending time with his family and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Tammy Merritt-Neeley and niece, Angela Bryan. Larry is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Teresa Neeley; son, John Neeley; grandchildren, Erin and Quintin Neeley and Amber (Jake) Merritt; great-grandson, Jayden; sisters-in-law, Juanita Winebarger, Sandie Kovacs, Dinah (Charlie) Kline; brothers-in-law, Lloyd "Bud" (Dee) Norris and Martin (Brandie) Norris; nieces and nephews, Michelle (Pete), Tracie, Kelly (Dan), Matthew, Jennifer (Rodney), Trina (Roger), Clay, Collen and Conner; special neighbors and their families, Sue C., Sue R., Dawn D., Jackie C. and Donna G.; and many dear friends. The family will receive guests on Friday from 1:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300) with Funeral Services beginning at 6:00 p.m. Those wishing to make monetary donations are asked to consider Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
