Abraham M. “Al”
Abraham M. “Al” Negrin, age 92 years, died Wednesday, April 6, 2016, at Kingston Residence of Sylvania. He was born in Trikala, Greece on April 5, 1924, to Maurice and Sophia Negrin.
A Holocaust survivor, Al shared his experiences by talking with many local school students. He was a comptroller with the former Rink's Bargain City Stores and retired in 1988 from the Big Lots Stores, where he was employed in the same capacity. Al enjoyed golf in his free time.
Preceded in death by his wife, Anna; son, Mike Negrin and his siblings who were lost during the Holocaust.
Surviving are his wife, Marjorie; daughter, Sophie (Jim) Felix; son, Maurice (Debbie) Negrin; daughter-in-law, Robin Negrin; grandchildren, Matthew Paris, Andrea Paris, Lorren Negrin and Avi
Negrin Alos survive.
Services and interment will be at 10:30 a.m., on Friday, April 8, 2016, in Beth Shalom Cemetery, Oregon, OH.
