Ronald Edward Spiaggi Sr., 61, of Indiana, Pa., died Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2009, at his home. He was born April 17, 1948 in Black Lick, the son of the late Aldo Spiaggi and Lucille (Grove) Spiaggi. He was a member of the Chapel of Hope, Black Lick. He loved to fish, fix things and spend time with his family, especially his grandsons. Ron was a truck driver and painter. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Rasheena (Randolph) Spiaggi, Indiana; sons, Ronald Jr., Loretto, Anthony and fianc?e Rebecca Barnhart, Indiana, and Justin Spiaggi and fianc?e Tiffany Campbell, Indiana; daughter, Peggy Ann Spiaggi-Haffer; grandsons, Ian Spiaggi- Skoff, Homer City, Quinton Spiaggi, Indiana, and Justin (Caleb) Spiaggi Jr., Indiana; siblings, Aldo Jr. and wife RuthAnn, Clarksburg, Alice Hankinson and husband Tom, Black Lick, Elise Estevez and husband Raymond, Concord, N.C., William and wife Donna, Palmerton, Judith Fullen and husband Rick, Franklin, Ohio, David and wife Connie, Vintondale, Francis, Palmerton, Joseph and wife Diane, Torrance, and Theresa Sprague, Josephine; and 17 nieces and 15 nephews. He was preceded in death by an infant son, Shawn, and brother, John. Friends were received at the Ferguson Funeral Home, Blairsville, where a private service was held Monday. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Ferguson Funeral Home, 25 W. Market St., Blairsville, Pa. 15717 to help with final expenses.
