Constance Ondrik Obituary

Constance Mae (Lister) Ondrik, 73, of Clairton, died Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2012, at the Excela Healthcare-Westmoreland Hospital in Greensburg. She was born Sept. 20, 1939, in West Mifflin, to the late Charles W. and Martha Matz Lister. Constance was a member of Ascension of Our Lord Byzantine Catholic Church in Clairton and was active with the church's pieorgi sales. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward P. "Skip" Ondrik; sister, Norma Cooper; and brother, Thomas Lister. Survivors include her son, Keith E. Ondrik (Ruth Chernosky), of Clairton; sisters, Joanne Weaver, of Baden, and Pat (Tony) Sparico, of West Mifflin; friend, Bill Detman, of Clairton; also survived by loving nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the S.M. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME INC., 432 N. Sixth St., Clairton, with a Parastas service at 7:30 p.m. A Panachida service will be held at 9 a.m. Monday in the funeral home followed by the Divine Liturgy at 10 a.m. in Ascension of Our Lord Byzantine Catholic Church in Clairton. Interment will follow in Ascension Cemetery. Online condolences may be posted on http://www.finneyfuneralhome.com.
