Margaret Boltz

Margaret Priscilla (McNutt) Boltz, 82, of Petrolia, Pa., died Friday, May 25, 2007, at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, with whom she resided. She was born Oct. 20, 1924, in Sugarcreek Township, Armstrong County, to the late Alexander C. and Priscilla (Hopper) McNutt. She was a member of Sherrett Methodist Church, Armstrong County. Survivors include her son, Harry Boltz and wife Cinda Six, of Petrolia; daughters, Elizabeth (Boltz) Carlson and husband, Bruce, Karen (Boltz) Buzzard and husband Jim, and Bobbi (Boltz) Bly and husband Mike, of East Brady; sister, Roberta Minick, of Williamsburg, Va.; eight grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; four great-grandchildren, and three great-stepgrandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, H. Meade Boltz, whom she married June 20, 1942; an infant daughter, Nancy Lea Boltz; two brothers, James and Alex (Dean) McNutt; one sister, Viola (McNutt) Smith, and a son-in-law, Michael Steele. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at SNYDER-CRISSMAN FUNERAL HOME, Cowansville, where services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday. Interment will be in Oak Glove Cemetery, Chicora.
