Michael Johns

Michael Johns, 54, of Templeton, died Sunday, Jan. 11, 2015, at ACMH. He was born March, 5, 1960, in Kittanning, to Hope Stitt Johns and the late Richard Johns. He was a retired miner from 84 Mine. He liked hunting, fishing and spending time with his family and grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Pamela Toy Johns, married Oct. 17, 1980; his mother, Hope Johns, of Templeton; sons, Michael and Daniel Johns, of Templeton; daughters, Amanda and Mark Brletrick, of Templeton, and Crystal Johns, of Kittanning; grandchildren, Kylie, Kelsey, Tyler, Jayla, Brayden, Brooklyn, Kristian, Baylee and Falyn; great-grandson, Bentley; and sisters, Michelle and Robert Atherton, of Templeton, and Marsha Johns, of Templeton. Visitation is from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at MANTINI FUNERAL HOME INC., Ford City. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home with Pastor Robert Grimm officiating. Interment in Cochran Cemetery.
