Judith Dellett Hampton Judith Dellett, 72, of Hampton, died Monday, Aug. 27, 2012, surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Dellett was born in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Margaret (Tomaskovich) King and John "Bernie" King. Judy was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Robert E. Dellett. She was an employee of Gimbels for 15 years and Tomi Jons Hair Designs for 27 years and was looking forward to her retirement. Judy enjoyed reading, classic movies, cooking, playing cards and spending time with family and friends, and she loved all her pets. Most of all, she loved spending time with her granddaughter who she described as her "Pride and Joy." She is survived by her children, Scott (Janet O'Malley) Dellett, of Gettysburg and Penn Hills, David (Maria) Dellett, of Kapolei, Hawaii, and Mark (Gwen) Dellett; and granddaughter, Lauren Dellett, of New Florence; nieces, Anne (Dan) Dix and Kathy (Ed) Plunkett; and nephews, Mike King and Mark (Kristi) King, all of Colorado; and a loving childhood best friend of 68 years, Marian Moyles. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Lorraine (Rick) Carrell; and brother, Michael (Mary Lou) King. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the HERBERT R. KING JR. FUNERAL HOME INC., 2841 Woodland Circle, Allison Park. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home with the Rev. Jeffrey Potter, of Parkwood United Presbyterian Church, officiating. Interment will be private.
