Richard James Gwinn, 74, of Penn Hills, died Thursday, Dec. 20, 2018. He was the beloved husband of Sharon Marie Gwinn; father of Nathaniel (Tammie) Thompson, Geraldine (Jacques) Barnett and Nora Gwinn; grandfather of seven; great-grandfather of two; brother of John Gwinn Jr., Terry Morgan and Gwendolyn Morgan; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Richard was an Air Force veteran, having served in the Vietnam War.
Friends received from 2 to 3 p.m. Sunday, with a memorial service to follow at 3 p.m., at SOXMAN FUNERAL HOMES, Ltd.,7450 Saltsburg Road (at Universal Road), Penn Hills.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ark Manor Personal Care Home, Delmont, or ViaQuest Hospice.
