Paul Davis, 84, of Salem Township, passed away Friday, Nov. 25, 2016, at UPMC Mercy Hospital. He was born July 9, 1932, in Salem Township, son of the late Charles and Julia (Revi) Davis. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by four brothers, Charles, John, Andrew, and George; and four sisters, Betty Weible, Helen Seich, Mary Fetterman, and Katherine Voyton. Paul is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, June (Marcinkewicz) Davis; daughters, Charlene Love, of Belle Vernon, and her fiance, Robert Casey, Lori Heineman, and her husband, David, of Pittsburgh; son, Timothy Davis, and his wife, Dawn, of North Huntingdon; grandchildren, Natalie, Sam and Tyler; a brother, Nick Davis, Sr., and his wife, Mary Ann, of Saltsburg; and many nieces and nephews. He was a veteran and retired teacher from the Norwin School District, employee of Export Tire Co., and he loved going to flea markets and auctions with the friends he made there.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at BASH-NIED FUNERAL HOME, 152 Abbe Place, Delmont 724-468-8381, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, with the Rev. Dr. David H. Grissom presiding. Interment services will follow at Twin Valley memorial Park.
