Jack Thomas Falk, 71, of White Oak, formerly of Clairton, died Thursday, Nov. 3, 2011. He was born July 9, 1940, in McKeesport, and was a son of the late Jack Bernard and Mary Jane Nacy Falk. He was a member of St. Patrick Church, Christy Park, the 11th Ward Welfare Association, Clairton American Legion and White Oak American Legion. Jack was an Army veteran, and was an avid golfer and fisherman. He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Burnsworth Falk; sons, Ronald Gerald (Kellie Lynn) Falk, of Tulsa, Okla., and Raymond James (Diana Fuehrer) Falk, of Irwin; daughter, Kelly Fitzsimmons, of South Park; brothers, Ralph (Donna) Falk, of Clairton, Thomas (Patty) Falk, of Pleasant Hills, and Michael Falk, of Manitowoc, Wis.; a sister, Mary Jane (Connie) Falk, of Queens, N.Y.; grandchildren, Melissa Hill, Lindsay Sedlak, Randy, Victor, Raymond "R.J.," Ronnie, Daniel, Lester, Katelyn and Garrett Falk, Melody Fitzsimmons, Colton and Kelsey Zucco; a great-granddaughter, Charlotte Louise Falk; and nieces and nephews. Friends are welcome from 1 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the GILBERT FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY INC., Boston, Elizabeth Township. Service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the funeral home chapel. Burial with military honors will follow in Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth Township. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society at 1-800-227-2345.
