Charlotte J. Tlumac, 79, of Penn Township, died Tuesday, April 6, 2021. She was born Nov. 25, 1941, in Jeannette, to the late Charles and Josephine (Agona) Skinner. Charlotte was a member of St. Barbara Catholic Church, was a past president and member of Young at Heart, and enjoyed music, reading and traveling. She is survived by her beloved husband of 59 years, Andrew M. Tlumac; two daughters, Laurie (husband Charles) Patrick and Lisa Fox; and her grandson, Reno Patrick. Friends will be received Friday, April 9, 2021, from 4 to 7 p.m. at LINDSAY-JOBE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3343 Route 130, Harrison City, 724-744-2721. Face masks and social distancing will be required. Charlotte's funeral service and interment will be private for her family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made, if desired, to the Westmoreland County Food Bank, 100 Devonshire Drive, Delmont, PA 15626. So sorry on the passing of Charlotte. As kids, I saw a lot of her. Our families both lived i n West Jeannette. She was my sister's, Marlene, best friend. She was comforted by Charlotte's kindness so many times. I can see the both in heaven catching up with one another with lots of hugs.

I wish that we had been able to get together for a visit.

May Charlotte rest in peace. She was a beautiful woman and a devoted wife and mother. We went to several Jeannette high school reunions and danced like no one was watching. Ill always remember her great scence of humour and wonderful laugh . May God comfort her family .There is no earthly sorrow that Heaven cannot heal !
