Debra S. Charlesworth Obituary
Debra S. Charlesworth, 62, of Greensburg, died Saturday, Jan. 12, 2019, at Cambria Care Center, Ebensburg. She was born July 12, 1956, in Greensburg, a daughter of Margaret E. (Rebick) Charlesworth, of Greensburg, and the late James A. Charlesworth. Prior to her injuries, she worked for Passavant Homes and also at Zion's Evangelical Lutheran Church. Debra was a member of VFW Post 33 and Amvets Post 88, both in Greensburg. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and Elvis. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Louis J. Crystaloski. She is survived by three brothers, Ronald L. and wife, Roberta, of Aldie, Va., James M., of Sacramento, Calif., and Steve A. Charlesworth and wife, Jennifer, of Glenn, Calif.; her sister, Vickie Charlesworth, of Davenport, Fla., three stepchildren, Brian Crystaloski and Shiela, of Greensburg, Teresa Savidge and Dana, of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Kimberly Crystaloski and Henry, of Greensburg; five step-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; and three nieces and three nephews.
There will be no visitation or viewing. Family and friends are invited to a memorial service to be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, 2019, at Zion's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 140 S. Pennsylvania Ave., Greensburg, with the Rev. Brian B. Chaffee, officiating. LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME INC., Pleasant Unity, is assisting with arrangements.
