Dorothy Suzanne Naples, 73, a resident of Golden Heights Personal Care Home, in Irwin, formerly of Jeannette, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2020. She was born Dec. 12, 1947, in Latrobe, a daughter of the late Willard and Dorothy Genevieve Shaffer Barrett. Suzanne was an interior designer. She was a graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and exhibited her work throughout the area. Suzanne was a member of the former St. Mark's Lutheran Church, in Jeannette. In addition to her parents, Suzanne was predeceased by her husband, Gabriel "Gabby" Naples, in 2014; and a sister-in-law, Angie Ausec. She is survived by her son, Christopher J. Naples, of Jeannette; a brother, Willard Lynn Barrett and wife, Barbara, of San Antonio Texas; a brother-in-law, Richard Ausec, of Lancaster, Ohio; one niece; three nephews; and several cousins. There will be no public visitation. Funeral services and interment in the Sacred Heart Cemetery were private. The JOHN V. GRAZIANO FUNERAL HOME INC., Jeannette, are entrusted with arrangements.
