Mr. Volk was an awesome teacher. I remember when I lost my first dog, and I cried in his class all period. He was kind and compassionate. That was many years ago, but the memory is there.

I was very saddened when I heard the news about Larry early this morning. In all the years of working with him at Jeannette High School, he was either smiling or saying something funny to get a smile out of another person! Prayers And sympathy to all of the family and have no doubt that Larry will be up in the stars looking down at you and smiling!
