Eric J. Kamer II Obituary
Eric James Kamer II, 46, of Brackenridge, passed away at home Saturday, Jan. 5, 2019. He was born July 15, 1972, in Harrison Township to Theresa M. "Terri" (Malinsky) Kamer, Brackenridge, and the late Eric J. "Jim" Kamer I, who passed away in 2010. Eric lived his entire life in Brackenridge and was an auto mechanic in Tarentum for many years. He was a member of Holy Martyrs Church, Tarentum, and a graduate of Highlands High School. Eric was everybody's mechanic. He was an auto enthusiast and enjoyed races at Lernerville. He enjoyed camping with his father and sister and brother-in-law Adrienne and Scott in their motor home. He also enjoyed ATV riding at Marienville and the outdoors; he loved animals and traveling to Benezette for elk sightings. Besides his mother, survivors include his sister, Adrienne M. Latini (Scott English), of Natrona Heights; nephew, Frederick F. (Casey) Latini III, of Allison Park; uncle, Robert J. Malinsky, of Tarentum; uncle and aunt, Kenneth H. (Denise) Malinsky, of Mentor, Ohio; and several cousins also survive. A special thanks to the staff at Allegheny Valley Hospital.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at DUSTER FUNERAL HOME INC., 347 E. 10th Ave., Tarentum, 724-224-1526. A Christian funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Holy Martyrs Church, Tarentum, with the Rev. Aaron J. Kriss officiating. Burial will be private.
