Reynold V. Monteleone Obituary
Reynold Victor "Renny" Monteleone, 76, of New Kensington, died Saturday, Jan. 5, 2019, in Bel Air Nursing Home, Lower Burrell. He was born July 11, 1942, in New Kensington, to the late Frank R. and Anna Pascala Monteleone, and was a life resident of the Arnold-New Kensington communities. A machine operator, he worked for National Material Corp. in Arnold. Renny was a member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, New Kensington and the Arnold High School Class of '60. He faithfully attended his grandchildren's sports activities with baseball and basketball and enjoyed his family, walking, Friday night dinners with his friends and trips to the casinos. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Rose Mary Naccarato Monteleone; daughter, Renae (Michael) McNabb; grandchildren, Michael Jr. and Jacob McNabb; brothers, John (Marriam) Monteleone, of Ocela, Fla., and Frank Monteleone Monteleone, of Lower Burrell; and sister-in-law, Irene Monteleone. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Sam and Bart Monteleone; sister, Elizabeth McNeil; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the RUSIEWICZ OF LOWER BURRELL FUNERAL HOME, 3124 Leechburg Road at Alder Street, Lower Burrell, where prayers of transfer will be said at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, followed by Christian funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph Church, New Kensington. Burial will follow in Greenwood Mausoleum, Lower Burrell.
