Dolores M. Wetherson

WETHERSON – Dolores M., 67, Patton, formerly of Sheffield Lake, Ohio, passed away on Sept. 21, 2007, at the Cleveland Clinic. She was born Feb. 7, 1940, in Spangler, the daughter of the late Charles and Helen (Straka) DiBello. She is survived by her husband, Richard “Dick” Wetherson, whom she married on Sept. 17, 1961; children: Rich “Ike” (Betty “Tootie”) Wetherson, Northern Cambria; Scott and Sean Wetherson, both of Ebensburg; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers and sister: Charlie DiBello, Austin, Texas; Patricia DiBello, Hastings; and Terry “Dobo” DiBello, Patton; also numerous nieces and nephews. Dolores was a member of the Hastings VFW, Fire Club and Moose Lodge. She enjoyed playing bingo and gambling. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Stevens Funeral Home Inc., 1004 N. Fifth Ave., Patton. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Friday at the Hastings United Methodist Church, by the Rev. E. Robert Nagy.
