Adam Walter Kondziola, 28, of Salisbury died Saturday, April 3, 2010 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center due to injuries sustained from a car accident. Born in Salisbury, he was the son of Leo and Patricia Kondziola of Parsonsburg and Valerie “Linda� and Tim Church of Salisbury. A 1998 graduate of Wicomico High School he attended Wor-Wic Community College and Salisbury University. He worked as a Marketing and CPAP Coordinator at Sleep Waves Diagnostic Centers. An avid Redskins Fan, he enjoyed his fantasy football league. He played baseball for Wi-Hi and softball in the Wicomico County Men’s Slow Pitch League. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Sherrie K. Bauer and her husband, Jeff, of Berlin; a nephew, Jacob Bauer; paternal grandmother, Emelia Kondziola, of Salisbury; aunts and uncles, Ola and Steve Meadowcroft of Salisbury, Irene “Ann� Rains of Parsonsburg, Myron and Karen Kondziola of Parsonsburg; two cousins, Shannon Rains and her daughter, Cera, of Parsonsburg and Spencer Rains of Fruitland; stepsister, Sheri Pruitt and family of Lynchburg, VA; four stepbrothers, Todd Stephens and family of Salisbury, Keith Stephens and family of Fayetteville, NC, Douglas Church of Salisbury, and David and Ashley Church of Salisbury. A memorial service will be held Friday at 7 p.m. at Harvest Baptist Church, 119 S. Blvd., Salisbury, MD 21804, where friends may call from 5 to7 p.m. Pastor Keith Myer will officiate. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Adam to the Adam W. Kondziola Memorial Fund, C/O Hebron Savings Bank, 1310 Mt. Hermon Rd., Salisbury, MD 21804.

Chesapeake Pediatrics

Adam would come in frequently with that same huge smile on his face and a basket full of candy for the office. His sweet personallity and humor will be missed by our staff here at Chesapeake Pediatrics. We loved when he came in. he brighted our day with candy and an honest smile! Tears and love go out to the family.
