Alice E Sersich

Alice E. (Brown) Sersich age 79 died Monday April 3rd at Trumbull Memorial Hospital at Warren OH. She had been resident of Signature Nursing Home, for the past 10 years. A daughter of the late Clyde Clarence and Stella Jane(Thompson) Brown Alice was born March 1, 1938 in Monroe County OH. She was a person who was known for speaking her own mind and enjoying the finer things in life including new clothes, (just ask her niece Kathy Hanlon Philips, who literally gave Alice the shirt off her back), sparkly fashions new blue jeans in in various colors and good food. In addition, her face would light up and spirits were lifted any time family members came to visit. She also had a passion for collecting "Stuffed Animals". Alice will be missed by her children, Rachel McGlynn of Niles, Mandy Winland of Warren and Youngest Daughter Holly address unknown, 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She is also survived by a Brother Donald (Mary) Brown of Graysville, OH and a Sister Mary Bartlet, of Niles, OH. In addition to her Husband Edward Sersich Alice was preceded in death by Brothers Robert, Ronald, William and Melvin Brown and two Sisters Ora (Judy) Wallace and Kathleen (Katie) Hanlon. There will be no services and Alice will be laid to rest Friday April 7 at Pine View Cemetery in Warren OH.
