Chef Violier proved to be a passionate chef with an amazing talent for the gourmet cuisine...who fought to make a great name for himself successfully ...I know that no words could ease the grief, and that every family is different in their journey of healing. But, our Heavenly Father can become your Stronghold in these moments of need. May the family be granted strength and comfort to endure.

We were very saddened to hear of the loss of one of the greatest chefs in history. Chef Violier did duck fois gras like no other, in a kitchen and a restaurant like no other, with a staff like no other, and never will we again see the like; sad, so sad.
