I am so sorry to hear just today about Bernie's passing. He was a great human being with a huge smile and I am sure he is smiling down upon us. May his soul rest in peace. My condolences to his family. My daughter, Danielle, was his neighbor and friend. Joan Gallagher

Dad,
My heart is broken, I wish I could have seen you one last time; however I'm so happy we got our weekly phone call in last week! I will miss our conversations and sitting around your table, always trying to feed me. You've been great to me, I couldn't have asked for a better FIL, you always welcomed me with open arms. I am going to miss you so much, you have no idea how this has affected me. You were always a shoulder to cry on or an ear to listen.
The only thing good that comes out of this is that you are reunited with Lena and our Mark! I'm going to miss you almost as much as I miss Mark. I know that the two of you are playing a round or two of golf up in heaven. I will forever miss you and be a better person because you came into my life.
Give Mark a kiss & a huge hug from me an let him know how much I love & miss him. I will forever love & miss you. Soar with the angels, you're suffering is over & you are at peace.

Greg and I will forever miss you, Mr. Bernie. You were the best neighbor ever and we loved talking with you and spending time with you. We know you're making friends aplenty in Heaven.
