BLAKE MATTHEW VAN MOL, 26 PIONEER, LOUISIANA Cox Funeral Home Oak Grove, Louisiana LAKE PROVIDENCE, LA - Funeral services for Blake Matthew Van Mol, age 26 of Pioneer, Louisiana, will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Northside Church of Christ in Lake Providence, Louisiana. Reverend Todd Perry will officiate. Interment will follow in the Red Wing Cemetery near Oak Grove, Louisiana. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 4, 2016 from 5 to 8 PM at Northside Church of Christ in Lake Providence, Louisiana. Services are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Oak Grove. Blake passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas after a lengthy illness. Blake is survived by his mother, Jan Van Mol of Natchez, Mississippi; his father, Ferdinand Van Mol of Bunkie, Louisiana; brother and sister-in-law, Nick & Mary Van Mol of Delhi, Louisiana; brother and sister-in-law, Kyle & Krystal Van Mol of Troy, Missouri; brother and sister-in-law, Kade & Heather Van Mol of Delhi, Louisiana; brother, Chad Van Mol of Bunkie, Louisiana; sister, Jetta Van Mol of Natchez, Mississippi; uncle and aunt, Nolan & Freda Tyson of Lake Providence, Louisiana; nephew and niece, Kason & Karley Van Mol; and his other mother, Jo Ann Lear of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Pallbearers are: Will Wallace, Chase Anderson, Michael Smith, David "Da Da" Key, Fletcher Stephens, Bryant Keuthe, Justin Shelton, Lee Zaunbrecher, and Mason Capers.
