Brian Cory Asenbauer

Passed away in his sleep due to complications of a seizure disorder, Tuesday, October 26, 2004. Brian, the son on Heinrich [Henry] August and Shirley Jean (Cory) Asenbauer, was born during a violent snow storm at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing MI, on January 25, 1967. Brian was an Eagle Scout. Enjoyed bow hunting and country music. He especially enjoyed being with his good friends, Rayne' and Dusty Shafer and Red [Duane] Bright. He was preceded in death by his father, 17 April 2995 and mother, 28 September 1998. He is survived by a brother, Marko-Michael Asenbauer of Oshtemo, MI; sister, Julianne Marie and her husband David William Huss of Paw Paw, MI; two nieces, Lydia Marie Huss and Camille Elise Huss; maternal grandmother, Marian Catherine Cory of Lockwood, MO; an uncle, Robert Vance (Netta) Cory of Lockwood, MO. A service remembering the life of Brian was held at 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 S. 9th St. The Rev. Carolin Spragg of Paw Paw United Methodist Church, officiating. Cremation took place at Central Michigan Crematory 27 Oct 2004. If my parting has left a void, then fill it with remembered joy. A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss, ah yes, these things, I too will miss. Be not burdened with times of sorrow, I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow. My life's been full, I savored much, good friends, good times, a loved one's touch.
