Concetta M. Valasky

Concetta M. Valasky, age 89, of Canton, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Saturday evening, Oct. 10, 2009 at Aultman Hospital. She was born on Dec. 5, 1919 in Sant' A Agata de Militello, Sicily to the late Fortunato and Josephine Clementi. She was a member of the Canton Baptist Temple. She was preceded in death by her husband, Julius Valasky in 1978 to whom she was married for 36 years, two brothers and one sister. Mrs. Valasky is survived by her sons, Edward (Anna) Valasky of Massillon, Robert (Patricia) Valasky of Canton; daughter, Elaine (Lawrence) Eneix of Dellroy, OH; seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel with Rev. David Harmon officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens.
