Francis was born on December 17, 1933 and passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2015. Francis was a resident of Saginaw, Michigan at the time of his passing. He was formerly from Carrollton, Michigan. He served in the U.S. Army. He was married to Rosalie. . Friends may call at The Snow Funeral Home 3775 N. Center Rd. between Shattuck and McCarty where the family will be present on Monday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and at the church on Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass. Military Services will be conducted by the Ogemaw County Veterans Alliance Honor Guard at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday at the church. The Knights of Columbus Council 2724 will pray the Rosary at 3:00 p.m. and the Carrollton-Zilwaukee-Kochville Fire Departments will have a walk thru at 7:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to St. Stephen King of Hungary Catholic Church American Cancer Society or St. Francis Food Pantry.

I would like to send prayer to the family I am sorry for your lost.I met Francis at one of my P.G.K. night at Council 593 everyone would tell me he was great Grand Knight sorry I wasn't able to be that for the rosary today but my pray will be with family when I pray the rosary in the mornings.His name will be mentioned at our memorial mass November 03,2015 at St Mary church in Saginaw 7:00 p.m. Council 593 Saginaw

Thirty-three years ago, Mr. Galarno handed me my employment application for the USPS. I remember he looked very harried and commented to him about it. He gave me a bit of a half smile and eye roll. I never forgot that or that he was proctor during my testing. A class act.
