Frank Cannataro

Frank Cannataro, of East Brunswick, passed away Sunday, February 21, 2021 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. He was 85. Born in Aprigliano, Italy, he and his wife Quinta came to the United States in 1970. He's lived in East Brunswick for the past 40 years. Frank last worked for Shop-Rite in East Brunswick, in the produce department. Previously he had owned Piccola Kitchen in Spotswood during the 1990's. He was a very talented painter. He's predeceased by his beloved wife Quinta Cannataro (d. 2020). Surviving is his son Luca, and his wife Tina of East Brunswick; his daughter Libby Mahdi and her husband Sherif of Old Bridge; and his loving grandchildren Luke and Joseph Cannataro, and Jibreel, Mekal and Muhammad Mahdi Burial is private at Chestnut Hill Cemetery in East Brunswick.
