Harry James Letize

Harry James Letize, 65, of Branford died peacefully at home on Friday March 27, 2009. He leaves behind his wife and best friend, Rita (Bruno) Letize. His fine qualities survive in his children: Kevin Letize (wife Tracy) of Dania Beach, FL, Kerrie Wilson (husband Sean) of Punta Gorda, FL, Jennifer Queen(husband Tommy) of Ashville, NC , Christopher Letize of Greenville, NC and Joseph Bruno of Hamden. His legacy lives on through his two special grandchildren Camille and Kevin James. He was predeceased by his parents Harry and Antoinette Barletta Letize. He is also survived by his brother Raymond Letize (wife Charlene) of West Haven and many loving cousins. Harry graduated with a Bachelors degree in education from Southern Connecticut State College. He enjoyed many special years teaching the children of Orange and Woodbridge. He received a Masters Degree in Physics from Weslyian University and a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Fairfield University. He founded Diversified Electronics Inc. (DEI) and in his final years provided technical support to favorite customers through his consulting company, Letize Solutions. His family finds great comfort in knowing that Harry's gentlemanly qualities touched so many people. His family requests that you offer your prayers in his memory. His funeral procession will leave the PORTO FUNERAL HOME, 234 Foxon Rd. (Rte 80) East Haven Wednesday morning at 8:15. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Therese Church (Branford) at 9:00. Interment will be private. Friends may call TUESDAY from 4-8 PM.
