John Argust Gianguilli

John Argust Gianguilli, 81, of Hamilton, passed away Thursday at his home. Born in Trenton, he was a lifelong area resident and member of Holy Angels Parish. John retired from US Steel, where he worked as a crane operator. He was a member of the Millstone Elks and the East Trenton Rod and Gun Club, and enjoyed fishing, boating, hunting, and selling at flea markets. He also enjoyed spending time at the Hamilton Senior Center and going to dinner buffets. Husband of the late Vera (Greif), who passed away in 2007, he is survived by his sons, Edward Gianguilli and his wife Sharon, and John Gianguilli, Jr. and his girlfriend Cherie Hellickson; two brothers, William and George Argust; his nieces, Rosemarie, Cindy, Marita and Erika; and his beloved dog, Zena. The funeral will begin 9:45am Tuesday at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11am at Holy Angels Parish, South Broad St, Trenton. Interment will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Hamilton. Family and friends may call 6-8pm Monday at the Colonial Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
