I sometimes google names of folks that I knew years ago. I am sorry to hear of John's passing. I knew him when we served in the 6th FA Battery in Schwabisch Gmund Germany back in 1955, 56, 57. John was a pretty intelligent guy and was battery clerk, a good inside job. I was a radio and radar repairman. I remember going on leave together to Copenhagen and Hamburg Germany in the dead of winter. So long ago. RIP John and God bless you, his family.

I am so sorry for the immeasurable loss of your loved one. May God strengthen and sustain you with 'everlasting comfort and good hope' and 'comfort your hearts' during this deeply sad and terribly difficult time. - 2 Thessalonians 2:16,17
