Our deepest sympathy to Char and their family. What a joy to spend time with Joe at our Elk Lodge. He was always kind, supportive, and went out of his way to help. Joe was a wonderful guiding light to those who followed him as ER. He will be remembered each hour of eleven. Sending love and prayers for comfort and peace.
