Karen Patricia Zakolski

Karen Patricia Zakolski, age 60 of Warren, died Friday, October 14, 2005 at St. John Oakland Hospital in Madison Heights Michigan. Karen was born March 17, 1945 in Highland Park, Michigan the daughter of the late Anthony Svitnich and the late Rosemary (nee: Thelk) Svitnich. She is survived by her daughters, Lisa (Al) Neddermeyer, and Laura Zakolski. Dearest grandmother of Nicole Taylor. Sister of Marcia Mankey, and Paul (Cindy) Svitnich. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Mrs. Zakolski worked at many local banks as a bank teller and loan officer, also she worked for over ten years at the Warren Schools Credit Union. When she was not working she enjoyed reading, doing crafts, and gardening. Visitation will be held at D. S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home on Monday October 17th , from 2-9 P.M. Funeral services will be held Tuesday October 18th, at the funeral home. Officiating the funeral will be Rev. Jerry Weinzierl.
