Was so saddened to hear of Kathleen's passing. Wonderful memories of working with her and Ed at MMC and of going antiquing all over Westmoreland county! Her kids and grandkids always came first as she adored her family. Deepest sympathies to the family for the loss of one of the best women and friend I ever knew.

Kathleen was my friend. We talked and laughed and grumped every day. She was a kind and trusting person. Yes she loved to read. Yes, she participated in many of the events a Ridgeview. But above all she was a good person. How do I know? All I had to see was how her children treated her. They treated her as she obviously had treated them, with love and attention. They were always visiting, doing laundry, shopping, bring treats, and taking her places. That is so much more than most Seniors get. When I think of her I will always smile.

"For what is it to die but to stand naked in the wind and to melt into the
sun.
And what is it to cease breathing but to free the breath from its restless
tides, that it may rise and expand and seek God unencumbered?
Only when you drink from the river of silence shall you indeed sing.
And when you have reached the mountaintop, then you shall begin to climb.
And when the earth shall claim your limbs then shall you truly dance."
