Leonard V. Lezott Jr.

Mr. Leonard V. Lezott, Jr., 80 years of Peabody, and formerly of Lynn and Salem, died in the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers on Thursday after a brief illness. He was the husband of the late Charlotte (Bryant) Lezott. He was born in Boston, the son of the late Leonard and Lillian (Washburn) Lezott. He lived in Lynn for most of his life and in Salem since 2002. A Merchant Marine, he was a veteran of WWII, serving in the Army. He loved to travel and was an avid Red Sox Fan. Mr. Lezott is survived by three sons, Leonard V, Jr. of Florida, Edward C. of Peabody, Michael W. of Lynn, three daughters Lorraine Arrington, Donna Croft, and Linda Lezott, all of Lynn. He also leaves 14 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren. He was also the father of the late Lenora Emmons, and the brother of the late Robert Haskell. His funeral will be held on Wednesday at 9am in the SOLIMINE, LANDERGAN AND RICHARDSON FUNERAL HOME, 426 BROADWAY (RTE 129) LYNN. Burial in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.
