I am saddened to hear this news. Linda's life is an inspiration to us all. Her courage and can do attitude , her warmth and her passion for her family and friends are legendary. Linda and I became friends many years ago when we were part of a project called kids on the block. That took puppets with differences into schools to teach children about tolerance and understanding others I am sorry to be out if the country and unable to attend what I know will be a celebration of Linda's life and legacy. I was privileged to see her briefly recently at Mary Freebed, where she was surround by all three of her loving children as Themis was on a much need break. I know that Linda's spirit , wisdom and grace will live on in her beloved children and devoted husband. My condolences to you all. We are all richer for having known her. We have never witnessed anyone battle cancer the way Linda did: initially she wanted to see her kids graduate from high school and ultimately saw them all graduate from college: and her oldest get married. When I last was with her she wanted to see her first grandchild; that wasn't to be but not for lack of trying. She is truly an inspiration and we as a family, feel comfort in knowing she is in heaven with our beautiful son and brother.
