Linda L. (Pantaleo) Bodoni Linda L. (Pantaleo) Bodoni, 65, of Gloucester wife of Johnni D. Bodoni, passed away peacefully on Friday evening, August 23, 2013 at the Addison Gilbert Hospital. She was born in Long Island, New York on September 16, 1947, daughter of the late Anthony and Alice (Boucher) Pantaleo. Linda attended schools in Long Island and later received her GED from North Shore Community College. She was employed for over 24 years at Gloucester Engineering as a Documentation Coordinator. Linda very much enjoyed playing on the" Golden Girls" team for her Tuesday night ladies bowling league. She would also attend her granddaughter Samantha's beauty pageants and on occasion would even find herself joining in on the fun of the pageants and having such a great time with her granddaughter. In her spare time, she loved to sew and knit and would even enter them in the Topsfield Fair at Coolidge Hall and has won numerous prizes for her custom works. Linda will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Johnni D. Bodoni of Gloucester; two daughters, Christina M. Bodoni of FL and Angela G. Spivack and her husband Lee of Natick: her son, Christopher D. Bodoni and his wife Courtney of NC; ten grandchildren, Christian, Matthew, Adam, Steven, Caleb Samantha, Peter, Mariah and Anthony; her brother, Anthony Pantaleo Jr. of FL ; her mother-in-law, Inga Bodoni of Gloucester; four sisters-in-law, Patricia White and her husband Bob, Linda Johnson and her husband Bob, and Ursula Eastman all of Gloucester, Cynthia Miller and her husband Tom of FL; brother-in-law, Philip Bodoni and his wife Kathy of Peabody ; her good friends, Tyne and Bob Cavanaugh of Rockport and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a granddaughter baby Grace, her angel; her father-in-law, Salvatore J. Bodoni and a brother-in-law, Michael Eastman. Her Memorial Mass will be celebrated in St. Ann's Church, Holy Family Parish on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend. The burial will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her name to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, Attn: Donor Services, P.O. Box 650309, Dallas, TX 75265-0309 or to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701. Arrangements are by the Greely Funeral Home, 212 Washington St., Gloucester.
