Luciano Soto Sr, beloved husband, father and grandfather, peacefully passed away surrounded by his family at home, on Tuesday, October 1, 2013. He was born in Rago, Kansas on January 8, 1928 to Pedro and Patrocinia Soto along with siblings Felix, Cuca, Simon, Pedro, Lucia, Candelaria and Antonio. Luciano enjoyed life and was witty, charming, loving and gracious up to the day he died. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Raquel (Hernandez) Soto and children; Luciano (Maria), Irma (David), Jose (Tanya), Patty (Richard), Roberto (dec.), Louis (Kim), Mary (Kevin), George (Alison), and Cecily along with 22 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Visitation starting from 4-8pm on Thursday, October 10, 2013 and a vigil at 6:30pm at Santa Clara Mortuary. A Christian Mass will be celebrated at 10am on Friday, October 11, 2013 followed by a burial at the Santa Clara Cemetery.
