Luverne was born on April 4, 1940 and passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2019. Luverne was a resident of Owatonna, Minnesota at the time of passing. Luverne was born in Manchester, MN on April 4, 1940, the son of Leonard and Judith (Iverson)Tovson. He grew up on his parent's family farm in Manchester, MN.He attended school in Manchester, later graduating from Albert Lea High School in 1958. Funeral services are set for 11:00 am Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at Bethel Church in Owatonna, MN. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am Tuesday at the church. Interment will be at Brase Cemetery in Meriden Township. Visitation at the Bethel Church from 10:10 AM to 11:00 AM on March 12, 2019. Memorials can be sent to Homestead Hospice House: Patient Care Fund or Heifer International.
