Ms. Lydia was not only my co-worker, but she was also a friend. Regardless of what she was in the middle of, she took the time to listen to everyone. Whether if it was a shared story, shared thought, shared advice, or even a shared prayer, she didn't turn anyone away. She left some big shoes, that will be very difficult to fill. Golan Learning Center will never be the same without her. I will never forget her, I will sincerely miss her. My heart goes to the family. My most sincere prayers are with the family.

I was blessed with getting to know Lydia and becoming friends when assisting her in the Preschool Worship Class for a while. She loved all of the children and taught them such valuable lessons in Bible Stories, well as using/learning manners. I watched first hand, how she loved & adored her grandchildren & all of her family! My prayers are with all of Lydia's family and friends!

Oh beautiful Lydia, I'm in shock, we haven't talked in months but every now and then we would catch up at church or in a store. You and I had some great personal conversations and connections in the past. You will always be remembered. I send my condolences to Carmen and the whole family. She cherished you and her family so much, I pray in this time of sadness you can celebrate the life she so loved with you guys and know she will always be watching over you.
