Margaret Waldemarsen

Margaret “Rita” was born on July 19, 1941, in Scotland. She graduated from High School in Scotland and furthered her education when she moved to the United States and received her Associates Degree. Rita was united in marriage to Robert F. Waldemarsen in Charleston, South Carolina on December 27th. The couple moved to the United States in the early 1970’s. Rita enjoyed any type of animal, knitting and cooking. Rita died on Thursday, December 17, 2015. She is survived by her three step sons: Robert (Lynn) of Twin Cities, Mike (Koliyan) of Twin Cities, Skip of Aitkin; step daughter, Jeannine (Andy) Disselkamp of Morris seventeen grandchildren, several great grandchildren and one brother, Thomas Clark. She is preceded in death by her husband. Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 21, 2015, 1:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home. Burial will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, MN. Arrangements are with the Anderson Funeral Home. www.andersonfuneral.net
