Needless to say, we´re missing Mike. We were fortunate enough to spend time camping, water battles, raiding some farmers corn and going tick tacking, back yard bonfires, the list goes on !

I finally have the strength to write this. And I believe that came from Mike himself! I believe that angels are with us!
Yesterday while sitting on the sofa I was trying to find the words to express our grief.
As I was looking out the window a white pick-up truck went down the street, a minute later it went by again. It brought a huge smile to my face because I know it was Mike telling us to remember all the happy, crazy times we had together and that we will be together again.
I hope this heals some of the pain in your hearts.

To Mike's family. I am so sorry to hear of Mike's passing. I grew up in the neighborhood with Mike. He always had a heart of gold. He made us all proud of him and his career as a Detective with the APD. He used to drive us to Dieruff.

I was classmates with Mike thru Harrison-Morton and Dieruff. He was a very likeable and stand-up guy. I was not surprised that he went on to a decorated career in law enforcement. May he rest in peace. My condolences and prayers for Mike and his entire family.

Dear Kathy, Travis, and Adam. I'm so very sorry to hear of Mike's passing!! You lived two doors down from my parents on Green St. and Travis and Adam kindly played with my kids when we were over visiting. Mike was a great guy and a great neighbor. May he rest in peace and always live on in your hearts! He was taken way too soon.

I will always remember our times at the Boys Club on Ridge Avenue with Scotch Riga. The nasty straw mat and ancient boxing gloves you could hardly hold up.

I worked with Mike in Lehigh Parkway. I was an Allentown Police Reserve. Mike was a good friend , with a great sense of humor! We worked well together and joked around all the time. I lost touch with Mike after I graduated the Police Academy and went forward with my career in law enforcement. Words cannot express how sorry Val and I are for the passing of Mike, a wonderful father and husband. We knew Mike was ill but we were hoping and praying that Mike would return to better health. Val and I have many fond memories of porch parties, home visitations and camping trips. Mike was always such a pleasure to be around. One of my last memories of Mike was visiting in Dallas Pennsylvania and Mike was telling me all about the flying squirrels and the various birds that he would feed and take care of. Mike always loved to help a friend. Over the last several years we did lose touch but when we heard of Mike's illness our thoughts and prayers were always with him and you, his family. Take the time to mourn the loss of your dear father and husband but then remember him for all the good times you had and the good man that he was. Rest In Peace Mike.

My deepest sympaty to Mike's family. I had the distinct honor to have worked alongside Michael when I first joined the Allentown Police Dept. Mike was a highly motivated, committed, dependable and honorable member of the Dept.
Mike truly exhibited all these qualities along with being a great friend and brother in blue. He has earned his place in Heaven.

My fondest memory of Mike was when we were doubled on a car. There was a very bad snow storm of a couple feet and drifting. I forget if it was his parents or his house he wanted to go to. I told him the road looks pretty deep. He said, "Nah, we're adventurous lets do it". Well, we got sucked right into the snow and going nowhere. Both of us laughing hysterically I think we had to leave the car there and catch a ride back in. We did catch some choice words later from our Lieutenant though. I think of that moment a lot and get a good chuckle out of it to this day. Mike was a great cop and great guy. Rest in peace bother.
