Michael Wales Ramette

On November 10, 1989, Michael Wales Ramette was born in Lubbock, Texas, to John and LaNelia Ramette. He graduated from Coppell High School in 2008, where proudly he was an offensive lineman on the football team. He loved playing bass and as a member of Riverside Church of Christ was active in the youth group: attending four mission trips to Mexico, church camps, and Wilderness Trek. At the age of 20, Michael passed away. He will be remembered for his very tender heart and kind spirit. He was a resident of Coppell, Texas, and currently employed by Alexander Tent Company. He leaves behind his parents, John and LaNelia Ramette; sister, Christy Ramette, all of Coppell; maternal grandparents, Paul and LaNora Smith of Amarillo, TX; paternal grandparents, Richard and Lenora Ramette of Green Valley, AZ; aunts and uncles, Kenneth and Janet Smith of Keller, Texas, Glendon and Ginger Smith of Alpharetta, GA, Cheryl Ramette and Tom Hoveland of Portland, OR, Jim and Shirley Ramette of Eden Prairie, MN, and Bill and Peggy Ramette of River Forest, IL; cousins, Ryne and Connor Smith, Courtney and Blaine Smith, Nathan, Jonas and Abram Tannenbaum, Martha and Meg Ramette, and Joshua and Caleb Ramette; and numerous other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers the family wishes for memorials to be made, in Michael’s name, to the Riverside Church of Christ Youth Missions.
