Cathy and family,
I worked with Paul in the WLO (Washington Liaison Office).
I'm retired now.
I remember Paul as always "ahead" in whatever program. . He respected his commitment to our Government and always gave his best.
He was always a Gentleman and very appreciative of help he received from WLO, especially our TECH guy, David.
Most Important: He was always so elated to go on Vacation in the summer with his family.
My sincere condolences for his loss. Kathie Roletter
