RALPH A. STOHLQUIST Age 79, of New Lenox, passed away peacefully in his sleep at home on Thursday, October 27th, 2016. Ralph is survived by his loving family, children, Eric (Sabine) Stohlquist, Cheryl (Steve) Couch, grandchildren, Derek Vickers, Drew (Alysha) Vickers, Amada (Eric) Pole and Neil Vickers. Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, Arnold & Elizabeth Stohlquist (Holmes), wife, Diane Stohlquist (Tucker) and brother Roy Stohlquist. Ralph was a United States Army Veteran, Past Master of the Matteson Masonic Lodge in Joliet and choir member & disciple of Peace Lutheran Church in New Lenox. Family will receive friends at Peace Lutheran Church, 1900 E. Lincoln Highway, New Lenox, IL 60451 on Saturday, November 5th, 2016 with a Masonic Service at 9:30 AM and then a visitation from 10:00 AM until time of funeral service at 1:00 PM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations to Family would be appreciated. For information, www.kurtzmorialchapel.com or 815-485-3200.

I will forever have fond memories of Ralph & Diane too. They always treated me as if I was one of their own children. My thoughts and prayers are with The Stohlquist Family!!!

Oh I'm so sorry . I still can't get over Diane. I thought about Ralph many times since. I will be thinking of all of you.
