Richard was born on December 27, 1928 and passed away on Friday, December 14, 2018. Richard was a resident of Troy, Ohio at the time of passing. Dick was a graduate of Galion High School. Services will be held at 10:00AM Thursday, December 20, 2018 at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy with the Rev. Lauren Allen officiating. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Troy. The family will receive friends from 4:00-7:00PM on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 with Masonic Services at 7:00PM. Donations may be made to: Hospice of Miami County P.O. Box 502, Troy OH 45373 First United Church of Christ 120 S. Market Street, Troy OH 45373 Visitation at the Baird Funeral Home from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on December 19, 2018. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County P. O. Box 502, Troy, OH 45373, or First United Church of Christ, 120 S. Market Street, Troy, OH 45373.

I was very blessed to have know Dick Klockner. What a great man and loved his wife Ruby so much. He is at peace now with the Love of his life. You will be missed Sir.
